Hand Engraving

Personalized Hand Engraving Service
Transform your gifts into timeless keepsakes with our professional hand engraving. To book our service, simply fill out our form or email us at hello@calligrafeabykaren.net with the following details:
Item details – What you’d like engraved
Text or design – Your chosen words or graphics
Deadline – When you need it completed
Inspiration – Any reference images or ideas
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide a quote and estimated turnaround time before arranging item drop-off.
Drop-Off Instructions
After confirming the cost and timeline, you can drop off your item at our Mississauga, Ontario studio in person or via courier.
Design Process
Once we receive your item, we’ll create a mock-up within 48-72 hours and send it to you for approval via text or email.
Each order includes two complimentary revisions, with additional edits available for a fee.
Engraving & Finishing
After final approval:
Your item will be carefully hand-engraved.
Most items include a metallic wax paint fill to enhance the design. (Note: Paint fill is not applied to glassware used for food to ensure safety.)

Duration of the engraving depends on the amount of bottles. You have the option to delivery/ship the items to my studio but client is responsible to shipping and delivery fee. We can discuss more.

Pricing starts at $50 per bottle.
Additional fees may apply under the following conditions:Rush Fee: Applies to orders requested with less than 5 business days’ notice.
Bulk Engraving Fee: Applies to orders of 4 bottles or more due to the extended preparation and production time required.
