How to reserve for events?

To reserve calligraphy services for your event, please begin by checking availability and emailing me at hello@calligrafeabykaren.net.

On-site calligraphy bookings must be made at least 21 days in advance to secure your date. This allows us time to plan and finalize all details to ensure a seamless experience.

Your booking will be confirmed once both full payment and a signed service agreement are received. Without these, I’m unable to guarantee availability for your event.
